You may have to handle different equipments including pallet jacks, RF scanners and shipment trucks. In most cases you may have to work in shifts with your team and lift or shift heavy merchandise. Basic computer knowledge and physical efforts are required regularly. You need to have minimum diploma or degree. Your salary may start from USD 14 for one hour.
Associate Back stock – your main role will be to maintain back store room. You may also have to shift garments in the front rooms of the store, replacing finished stocks and handling shipments. You may have to perform some physical tasks like lifting shipments. You also need to be computer literate with basic computer skills including Excel and Micro soft. Past experience may also be added advantage and your salary may start from USD 9 to 10 for each hour.
Management – Store managers may have to perform different types of tasks at corporate and associate level at the store. It is important that you fulfill all task assigned by your head office. Apart from this your other duties involve training new staff, maintain work schedules, interviewing new candidates, meeting sales target. You need to have past experience in relevant field and educational qualification. You should be updated with latest sales skills and work under pressure.
