This position must be committed to building teams who provide instant guest recognition, excellent hospitality, service and delivering the Best Food on the Planet in pristinely clean surroundings.
Unit Shift Leader
The primary role of this entry level leadership position is to assist the management team by ensuring guest satisfaction each shift by extending hospitality excellence, managing, coaching and delegating to team members and ensuring welcoming behaviors, delivery of the Best Food on the Planet and maintaining high cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the shift. This position reports to the Executive General Manager.
