Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities of the Cash Office Associate portion include:
- Reconciliation of Cash Receipts
- Counting the safe
- Performance of audits

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Associate portion include:

Catering Truck Driver
This position will be responsible for delivering food items from Boscov’s Reading Mall to different locations. Responsibilities will also include helping to load and unload trucks. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license.
Hair Stylists & Nail Technicians
You must be successful and reliable in customer relations, able to take part in a fast-paced and active team. You are responsible for building personalized and professional relationships.
Additional requirements of the Salon team include:
- Current State License, required

Boscov’s average hourly wage is approximately $11 per hour for a Salesperson/Cashier. The pay per hour for the Department Manager ranges from $20. Salaries also vary according to position and seniority.
