We are currently looking to recruit a Club Lounge Captain to join our Front Office Club Lounge team.
You will ensure that all Club and VIP guests are welcomed warmly and are promptly checked in and checked out of the hotel as per standards, and ensure anticipation in attending to guests’ requests promptly and efficiently based on the objectives, performance and quality standards.
You will need to be flexible with working hours and be a team player. Fluency in English is required and previous bar experience is preferred.
