Culver Franchising System, LLC, also known simply as Culver’s, is an American chain of casual fast food restaurants that are privately owned and operated. Most of the chain’s locations can be found in the Midwestern region of the United States. Although the “butter burgers” and frozen custard have helped the brand earn the majority of its notoriety, the restaurant also serves cheese curds, chicken, fish, and salads. In 1984, Culver’s launched its first restaurant in the city of Sauk City, which is located in the state of Wisconsin. Nearby Prairie du Sac serves as the organization’s headquarters. As of the 19th of August in 2022, the chain operated 878 locations across 26 states, most of which were in the Midwest.
