Baker
About the Baker:
- Rise and Shine! This role is the lynchpin to our team – rising (like our amazing bagels) while much of the world is still asleep to begin preparing our delicious bagels and bakery treats!
- The Baker is responsible for overall product inventory and baking processes in the store.
- Maintains consistent inventory and flow of bagels while supporting daily catering goals.
- This position works with team members to understand the expectations of bagel products, proper handling, new directives, and customer orders.
What we are looking for:
- Early risers! We can’t stress the importance here. If getting up at 2am scares you, this may not be the right position for you…and that’s okay!
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- At least one year of restaurant, retail or customer service experience required preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
Shift Leader
About the Shift Leader:
- Our Shift Leaders are a critical part of our store leadership team and have the great responsibility of working directly with the General Managers.
- They train and lead our Team Members to understand our goals and expectations while achieving daily sales goals, and maintaining and promoting a consistent and superior guest experience – AKA – being a Bright Spot!
What we are looking for:
- Ability to Take Ownership of your career and Be Yourself! That’s very important to us!
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred
- At least one year of restaurant, retail or customer service experience required, or properly trained to take responsibility as a Shift Leader.
- The ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and some holidays.

Crew Member
Responsible for providing superior guest services in a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. This position is responsible for greeting guests, taking guest orders and payment, preparing and delivering high quality ENRGI products in a timely manner, and creating a positive energetic atmosphere for the guest.

Essential Functions/Activities:
- Guest Service/Shift work
- Welcomes guests into the store
- Takes guest orders and payment using the Point Of Sale (POS) system
- Prepares beverages and serves food products according to ENRGI’s policies and procedures
- Develops personal ongoing relationships with customers
- Floats between barista, sandwich maker, and guest service or wherever help is needed
- Manages cash drawer and follows all cash handling policies and procedures
Catering Driver
This position is primarily responsible for delivering catered meals in a food safe manner in a specific DMA. The Driver must operate the vehicle according to all local, state, and federal regulations and maintain a vehicle in a manner capable of carrying large quantities of food in packages.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Deliver food-safe product from store to catering customer destination
- Ensure order accuracy
- Load and unload food from vehicle
- Accept payments and confirm accuracy of funds for order
- Solicit leads from potential future customer while on catering delivery at delivery point
- Ensure products meet ENRGI’s high quality of standards
- Act in a safe manner following operational guidelines
- Maintain a current driver’s license to Einstein Noah regulations
- Maintain current insurance coverage to Einstein Noah regulations (drivers packet must be completed)
