COUNTER / BUSINESS MANAGER
The Lancôme Counter/Business Manager represents the Lancôme brand by sharing skills and knowledge, with a focus on maximizing team effectiveness.
Maintain awareness of existing competitive ranking and daily knowledge of all sales achievements vs. goal for staff.
Oversee training and development of staff.
Mentor and coach beauty advisors on product knowledge, performance, KPIs and service behaviors.
Manage and execute all customer events held at store.

The Freelance Makeup Artist will assist the store team in creating a memorable service experience for the client. Due to the flexible nature of the position, this role will be at various locations vs. a permanent retail store.

Facialist
Achieve individual sales goals established by management team. Provide superior customer service standards and develop customer relationships that will result in repeat business. Must be able to perform facials and give expert skincare consultations. Assist store team with in-store events and product launches. Responsible for product and brand image presentation.
Job Requirements:
• Facial and skin care retail experience • Experience in translating skin care tips and trends to various customers • Willing to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends • Flexibility to travel when necessary • Highly resourceful, flexible and ability to solve problems in a timely manner • High School Diploma or GED required.
