Team Member: We are looking for Team Members with high energy and who can offer top-notch customer service. Team Member responsibilities include greeting customers with a smile and generally providing them with an awesome experience, as well as maintaining the cash registers, stocking machines and topping bins, and routinely cleaning the store so that it looks great at all times.
Shift Leader: Shift Leaders are responsible for leading team members and ensuring the Menchie’s experience is upheld by each employee and for each customer during all shifts. Shift Leaders are to lead the team by example, maintain a positive attitude, exemplify professional behavior, assist in development of team members, and follow up on assigned duties. Shift Leaders also assist the Store Leader in the day to day operations which include ordering, inventory management, and cash management.
