5. Why did you leave your last job?

6. What is your greatest weakness?
Recruiters are searching for three things when they ask you to identify your greatest weaknesses:
Honesty. They want to know if you’re honest enough to reveal a genuine flaw. Keep in mind that if you are recruited, your professional weaknesses will be exposed in some way, so being upfront about them is the best option.
Self-awareness, or the ability to assess oneself and identify opportunities for improvement.
Willingness to learn and grow. Recruiters, like everyone else, have flaws. That is why they do not anticipate you lying about it. What recruiters do anticipate is that you are eager (and attempting) to improve.
“My greatest weakness is that I have difficulty saying “no” to requests and end up taking on more than I can handle. In the past, this has made me feel stressed or exhausted. 7. What is your greatest strength in PriceSmart?

8. Do you have any questions for us?
This question asked to you at the end of the interview may be the most important question that can completely affect the interview. The interviewer is trying to understand how interested you are in the job and the company. Did you just apply for a job or do you have a goal and are you here for it? Do you see it as a temporary job or are you here to add value?
