Business Intelligence – Tableau Developer

The position requires business domain expertise to assist business operations groups in utilizing metrics & reporting information to improve efficiencies.  Extensive contact with internal customers is necessary to identify, research, analyze and resolve complex issues.  You will work closely with business partners to define requirements for metrics & reporting and ensure appropriate technical resources are utilized as needed to facilitate and implement solutions.

You will also be responsible for mining various types of data to identify areas of friction and delivering actionable recommendations.  It is imperative you bring the data to life through storytelling and data visualization.  You will work with Business Operations, Product, Customer Experience, Risk and Technology teams to define meaningful KPIs that will measure the success or failure of the organization.  You will build dashboards and presentations leveraging industry leading tools (Tableau, Cognos Analytics, Alteryx) that will allow our partners across the firm to monitor the progress toward their goals.

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
  • Advanced infrastructure project, operations systems and data analytics knowledge
  • Proficiency in one or more of the following: Microsoft Office, VPN, Virtual Machines, Remote Connectivity products, Security
  • Understanding of technology offerings and businesses supported
  • Ability to identify problems, troubleshoot and deliver strategic solutions to clients

Associate Banker

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you will be at the forefront of delivering an exceptional customer experience by fostering long-lasting, meaningful relationships. CIB Learning & Development

The global CIB Learning & Development team addresses talent management and development, performance management, diversity, change management, leadership and management training.  The team may undertake research to assess and diagnose issues, and then design and implement solutions. These may include programs, off-sites, training sessions, communications and events. The scale may be global or individual, such as coaching a senior manager. All this is achieved with the active partnership of the business and our HR Business Partner colleagues.

The role reports into the London-based Talent head for Banking and Wholesale Payments. The successful candidate will partner closely with senior development and training colleagues globally, as well as HR Business Partners.

Roles and Responsibilities:

This role is for an experienced VP, who as Development Manager will help create and execute a strategic and practical development plan. This is an excellent opportunity to work with established L&D specialists to develop your own skills, while adding value to a stimulating, energetic and interesting client group.

The individual will:

  • Consult with senior management and the businesses at differing levels, using strong relationship skills and expertise to diagnose issues and identify ongoing development needs for senior levels (VP to MD levels) within the line of business
  • Implement initiatives to address people issues within the line of business e.g. culture change programs, leadership development, diversity strategies etc.
  • Design and facilitate development interventions for teams and individuals, such as off-sites
