Cook: A day in the life of a Fox & Hound Cook includes the following responsibilities:
* Assigned prep work
* Setting up cook’s station
* Maintaining product presentations
* Product quality
* Cook time standards
* Preparing all menu items according to Fox & Hound recipes, plate presentations and specifications.
Duties of this position will include but are not limited to the set-up of equipment, verification of stock, the cleaning of cooking equipment, and preparing food items to specification while maintaining a clean work area. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Bartender: The bartender maximizes guest service and satisfaction by ensuring that the Fox & Hound/Bailey’s standards are confirmed at all time. Individuals must have strong bar and food menu knowledge to be able to sell to guests and answer guest questions. The individual must present a professional appearance and engage guests with a polite manner. Bartenders should be able to anticipate the guest needs and should greet each guest promptly making all guests feel important all while having fun and increasing sales.
