Principal Software Engineer: 

Your contribution to the team includes:
·         Architect, design, build and deliver highly available, scalable and resilient solutions with primary focus on backend systems (server side, persistence tiers, etc.), and establish clear service boundaries and contracts between different systems.
·         Proactively identify engineering inefficiencies to solve, architectural complexities to simplify and work with senior engineering leadership to prioritize, develop patterns and guide teams in actually solving them.
·         Coach, mentor and strengthen engineering teams by identifying and implementing best practices and continuously improving the development, integration and deployment process.

What you’ll need to be successful:
·         BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
·         10+ years of experience in commercial software development.
·         Proven technical abilities to include demonstrated understanding of algorithms, data structures, large-scale system architecture and design outcomes and drive revenue growth.
·         A deep understanding of what it takes to define, build and operate cloud-based, large-scale distributed systems that are scalable, performant and highly available.
·         A deep understanding of relational and NoSQL database technologies, search technologies such as Elastic Search, and data modeling, design and development.
·         A proven track of defining, specifying and building solutions that iteratively meet both immediate and long-term business needs.
·         A team player who is able to collaborate and partner with engineering leaders and product managers across many teams and guide teams to develop solutions that progress towards architecture goal state.
·         Experience with both relational and NoSQL technologies, and search technologies. Extensive experience building RESTful services.
·         Extensive experience with cloud technologies (specifically Amazon Web Services).
·         Extensive experience running 24×7 distributed systems hosting online or SaaS platforms, along with strong experience with one or more server-side technologies such as NodeJS, Golang, PHP, Java, etc.
·         Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including effective communication and collaborations with both business and technical audiences. Proven capability to communicate complex issues in an effective manner.
·         Familiarity with designing and building CMS/content authoring and publishing systems desired.
·         Familiarity with EdTech and associated standards desired.

Collections Clerk: As the Collections Clerk, you will be responsible to collect by phone, EFT, letter, fax and e-mail unpaid billings aged over the designated payment terms on assigned accounts, while maintaining a business relationship with the customer that does not discourage further orders.  Collectors must minimize write offs while maximizing sales.
Successful candidates will have the following experience:
• Collect A/R in a timely manner to reduce the likelihood of bad debt
• Maintain current DSO levels
• Answer internal and external customer queries
• Create credit and debit memos
• Complete credit references for existing customers
• Process refunds as requested and write offs as needed
• Placing a customer in to collections with appropriate paperwork completed

Product Marketing Manager: As Product Marketing Manager, you will be tasked with developing and marketing compelling curriculum and solutions for our secondary Social Studies curriculum, leading high visibility campaigns, and working closely with internal and external partners to support transformational instruction. Your contribution to the team includes:
• Be the champion for teachers and their needs, striving to understand the complexity and nuances of the secondary social studies classroom as well as trends in social studies in order to create programs and campaigns that are undeniably well suited for great teaching and instruction
