Center Manager: Each Meineke Car Care Center location is run and staffed by people like you ‐ professionals who enjoy what they do. As a Center Manager, you’ll be in charge of overviewing all sales, inventory, customer retention, scheduling, environmental compliance and most importantly, ensuring the safety and well-being of your staff. You’ll make sure that things are running smoothly from the front counter to the back of the service area, and be able to correct them when they’re not.
Service Advisor: As a Meineke Service Advisor, you’ll be responsible for assisting in efforts all throughout the shop. You’ll most likely be one of the first faces a customer sees when they walk through the door, so a friendly attitude and great service will be required. You’ll educate customers on inspection results for their vehicles, communicate the benefits and value of any needed work and help answer any questions a customer may have.
